In a horrific crash on Sunday December 30, 2012, a tour bus carrying 47 passengers crashed in Oregon leaving nine passengers dead and the others injured. ?TorkLaw is providing free legal consultations by one of our Korean speaking attorneys to all who have been affected by this horrific crash.

INVESTIGATION INTO CAUSES OF CRASH
Investigation of the accident and recovery from the scene has been slow due to the severity of the crash itself. ?It appears that the tour bus driver was heading down a slope at around 10:00am on Interstate 84 when he lost control of the bus. ?The tour bus then crashed through a guard rail and fell nearly 100 feet down an embankment.
Among those confirmed dead are: ?Yong Ho Lee, 75, Youmin Kim, 11, Dale William Osborn, 57, Oun Hong Jung, 67 Joong Wha Kim 63.
The tour began in Vancouver, British Columbia and was on a 9-day trip down to Las Vegas. ?The crash occurred in Oregon east of Portland while on its way back to conclude the trip. ?The bus and tour were operated by Mi Joo Tour and Travel.
